Rosh Hotel

Location is close to PGH where my mother has an appointment, The room is a decent size for family and good for 4 people.

I booked the room for my family (brother, mother and aunt and my sister in Law). Days prior to the date of reservation I personally conversed with Staff through their WhatsApp line. I explained that I booked for my family and that I won't be in when they check in, and that was arranged. I also asked if there is parking for guest, they told me there is an onsite parking in the hotel however it is a first come first serve basis, otherwise there are private parking in the area. When my family arrived in the hotel, my brother saw a free parking spot. However the Guard did not let them park in there because apparently the space if for managers only. This Guard even blatantly told my brother "You have no reservation here, our guest here are foreigners"-- what the actual f+++... shouldn't we be treated fairly as a Filipino? and Fairly so as Guest who has confirmed reservation and paid in advance? My brother was upset being treated like nobody and so little when the guard even told them to move along. I called the hotel to asked why it is happening, receptionist was apologetic enough and when my family returned the Guard apparently suddenly became too nice. If your Security acts like that towards Filipinos who doesn't look to their standard, they shouldn't be working in hospitality. Your guest should be treated nicely and with respect. My Family was never rude. but the experience from this hotel is absolutely disgraceful. There were no toilet rolls as well.

from the staff to the room... everything is solid... very clean and comfy to stay. The staff are very polite and welcoming. Will definitely come back to have a stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.

Someone will call to ask for useless things like update my keycard and whats my plate number, the reason i extend earlier so they wont bother now i dont want to extend because what i experienced in first day they do not cancel it they have a crispy towel that will hurt your skin, i will never recommend this hotel now am forced to stay because am deducted.

Location for University of the Philippines and Ermita.

The room design was very neat and the lighting options were nice. I liked the front desk staff. I also like the accessibility.

There were some cockroaches in the cupboards and bathroom. There was also no hot water in the shower. I was also disappointed that the room service ends at 7 PM when on the menu in the room it says 11:00 PM.
