Staff and room was good but smoking area needs some attention and maybe a tent for shade or rain. Also maybe a coffee shop can be added in the hotel

Staff were very good. Very accomodating and polite. However, the bathroom was so dirty. The bathroom walls were covered with moulds everywhere it was so unhygienic and unhealthy.

Right beside ayala mall. Very convenient location. Walkable to city of dreams and parqal mall. Able to check in early. Our reservation did not include the buffet breakfast so we weren't able to get breakfast before 10am
