The hotel had a walkway access to Ayala Mall which is convenient for a traveller like us wherein we can access everything. From dining to shopping to everything. The staff were also amazing and the place was clean and easily accessible by both private and public transport. Highly recommended.

I was able to check in early and the staff are so accommodating and friendly. Fifth floor was perfect for me. The connecting walkway to the mall was awesome.

Staff needs training on how to approach security and guests. When we arrived it seemed like no one wanted to help us. Valet is only available during the day.
