The hotel looked way better than the pictures. The staff were amazing and the rooms were spacious and nice. Room service was amazing as well.

Overall it’s a good hotel, it’s clean and staff are nice . One thing I would like to have is a grab bar on their shower especially for older people . This is not to degrade the rating it’s only a recommendation. I would recommend this hotel to others .

The location near SM

The Front Staff were not friendly at all, upon check in and during our stay as well. Every time we ask for complimentary water they give 2 where we r 3 in the room with a kid! We asked for more water on our last day and they told us to pay 25 pesos for the complimentary water! Until we spoke to the supervisor and he gave it for free! Very rude front desk ladies. The room was never clean although its small! There was always hair in the floors, they do not swipe their floors with soap and water only broom. We stayed 5 nights and the stain on the floor was always there!
