My room (5th floor) during my second stay was noisy due to ktv in 4th floor during the night🥹

Friendly staff, clean facility.

Greedy business practices and unclear policies. The room which they said was good for 3 adults could only fit two, forcing us to pay for extra beds. The prices for the extra beds differed for some odd reason with one room being 500 per night and the other being 1,500 per night which they tried to justify by saying that because we booked two rooms the second room would receive a higher price for the extra bed (Essentially if we booked the 2 rooms separately we’d only be paying 500 per night for the each extra bed in both rooms - which was validated by the receptionist). To add to that, we received an email saying that our request for early check in had been approved but upon arrival at the hotel we were told we’d need to pay over 2k for early check in despite the rooms already being seemingly available.

Staff was fantastic. Facilities were great.

The service level of the front office, security team, lobby crew, restaurants and housekeeping were consistently amazing. A 3-star hotel team providing 5-star service.

The hotel was upgrading its wifi and data systems during my stay. There were occasional moments when the wifi and the video streaming would reset unexpectedly. No worries. Service would be great when the upgrade is completed.
