Euphoria Seaview Residences with Shared Pool by Konnect

There are 3 apartments on the site, which is situated a little bit up a hill which means there are wonderful cool breezes to help with the heat of the day. The apartment has been designed to be modern and spacious with the very latest technology in the kitchen. A huge veranda gives you space to eat and socialise with electric canopies that can be lowered to give you some shade and the views from there are spectacular. This apartment is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends. I would suggest to the owners that they put some tourist information in the property, which we would have found very helpful, and a net for fishing the detritus out of the pool each morning. Other than that, we found this place ideal to stay in and an excellent location.

great views from the living room, good sized bedrooms

leaks in the downstairs bedroom; the heating did not work and wasn't switched on despite our explicit request (our toddlers were freezing at night). The kitchen lacks some basic equipment; there were not enough glasses and dishes for everyone and the frying pans were scratched and unusable. There is no place to put the rubbish. The balcony railings are not toddler or kids proof, as they have horizontal bars that make for a perfect ladder and the gaps are way above the required max distance. Part of the driveway/walkway up to the apartment's parking is completely unsecured - with a 10ft plus drop onto concrete. The hot tub was out of service, half filled and dirty. We did expect it to be functional as per the description.

Very nice view, modern house, equipped.

We didn't like the fact that the outdoor jacuzzi was not cleaned, it was dirty, the water was cold, it didn't work, it couldn't be started. Unfortunately this was not mentioned at the time of booking. In the house there were mosquitoes, hanygas to a small extent that bit us, but everything is nice (It was nice, but if the jacuzzi had worked it would have been perfect)

The apartment is stunning - it is contemporary, spacious, well equipped and has with its elevation has stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, bays and seas

The roads leading to the apartment are narrow and not well maintained- though on balance the quality of the apartment and its views do compensate

Fantastic place - everything was quite new, the apartment was roomy and comfortable, with great view over the bay from the terrace. The pool, while not too big, was just the right size. The air conditioning worked well. The car could be parked almost next to the entrance door. Decent selection of kitchen utensils (with some exceptions). Enjoyed our stay at the Euphoria Seaview Residences very much!

Nothing major, pretty much liked everything. A couple of smaller things / improvement opportunities: no proper frying pan in the kitchen (the only one available was small and badly damaged), although good selection of cooking pots; some cooking oil and paper kitchen towels would be helpful. Not a minus but just something to take into account - it's about 1.5 km walk to the village centre (Gouvia) and on the hill, so you need a car probably. Also, the beaches further away are better then the local ones - so again, you'll need a car probably.

Everything was very clean, the rooms and the living room are huge and the kitchen is fully equipped and functional. The pool was clean and the view is marvelous. Easy check-in and check-out, impeccable attitude from the staff. Also, the apartment has 2 bathrooms, the upstairs one has a jacuzzi bathtub.

Not really a minus, but bear in mind that you’ll probably need a car to get around efficiently if you’re planning on visiting other places a lot, as the building is located on a hill almost 1km away from the main road and taxis are expensive.

The apartment is exceptionally well equipped, with lots of space, modern furnishing, and design. The pool is wonderful, with comfortable furniture and lots of shade.

We had a wonderful few days with no complaints. Just a piece of information. The pool had a broken tile on the bottom, so the kids had cuts on their toes. Nothing major, though obviously
