Room Garden by halu! - Free Parking, Next to Efkleidis Metro

Perfect location, very near to the metro station and 10 minutes walking to the sea. Calm and quiet and safe area (it's a Police Section at the corner). The room very comfortable, large, well equipped, modern, very clean.

The location has private underground parking, but the entrance door is narrow and limits the width of the cars that can use the parking lot. Unfortunately, we couldn't enter with our Hyundai Tucson (NX4 version), because the door is exactly as wide as the car (with the side mirrors unfolded). We were lucky and found free parking on the street (and left it there, we didn't use it during our stay; we only used the metro).

The house has a modern design and it has all the you need. There are cafes and restaurants around. There is a closed private safe parking space.

It is a bit far from places to visit, but if you have a car it is not a problem. It is also close to bus stop

It took a little while to work out how w to open elated the keypad and door knob. Then realised it needed to pull fridge out of its cavity to plug into electricity to turn on.

Kein Personal vor Ort Check-in über online Dienstleister - bei mir haben die versendeten links teilweise nicht funktioniert, musste dann per WhatsApp klären. Zimmer 02 : Das Badezimmer ist teilweise barrierefrei aber in der Ausführung mangelhaft. - Dusche wegen Barrierefreiheit ohne Kabine, dennoch Bodenfliesen ohne Gefälle verlegt. Das Wasser läuft aus der Badezimmertür ins Zimmer - der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken klemmt an der Wand und lässt sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen - die Badezimmertür ist schon aufgequollen und klemmt (Griff wackelt schon) - keine Ablagen im Bad um z.b. einen Kulturbeutel abzustellen. - keine Handtuchstangen (nur ein kleiner Heizer) Ich empfehle den Besitzern dringend das Bad durch Fachleute prüfen zu lassen und vor Allem das Problem der Bodenfliesen zu lösen, bevor die Wasserschäden noch schlimmer werden

Very clean place. Nice garage (if you are given a spot). Large cold water in the fridge. There's a nice restaurant literally around the corner.

The listings mention "apartment" but this is a small hotel room with a little sink. For the money paid the location could have been much more central. There were many actual apartments listed in the center for half the price. I actually really needed the parking because I wanted to park a motorcycle and leave the soft luggage on it. This worked out well. I was told to park in parking spot #6 which does not exist but it's a motorcycle. It'll fit anywhere. Perhaps if the staff actually visited the place once in a while they would know about their own garage. If you pick this place make sure you need parking and get it because you ARE paying for it. This was basically the most sterile and impersonal lodging experience I've had in weeks. ( I am in a different hotel every night ) . The place is basically a dorm with shared areas. As soon as you book on booking.com you're sent instructions to COMPLETE your booking on their own website where they collect your email address. I am not sure if booking.com policy actually allows this or not. You will not get any check in information unless you do this. Later you are sent a bunch of automated messages on whatsapp, a bunch of pictures, links to pdf files etc. Some of the info on these are contradictory like listing two different pin codes for the outside door. Between the outside door (which either stayed open or was very difficult to open), room door and the garage door I kept juggling a bunch of screenshots and documents to come in and out of the place. Other than these everything was fine for a night I guess :). (I really really did not like this place. I'm sorry)

Very friendly and helpful hosts and staff. Clean with good hot water and shower etc. Quiet yet well located for metro in to city and old town. At least 4 very decent places to eat within walking distance.

We would have liked a bit of upholstery on the bench seats when watching tv, but we are in our 70's!
