Excellent location, within walking distance from waterfront (White Tower), university campus, Aristotelous Sqr., between main roads (Egantia Str. and Tsimiski Str. with frequent bus service). A private car parking (fee-based) is very close to the appartment. Recently renovated appartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Double-glass windows that leave out street noise and maintain steady temperature.

Second bedroom with no window or balcony door. Second bedroom lacks a wardrobe/clothes closet. Bathroom with no window - extraction fan does not provide effective ventilation.
