Posizione strategica, privacy completa da parte del propietario e un vicinato stupendo. Sono presenti diversi gatti della zona (come in tutta heraklion d'altronde), se tieni aperta la porta i più coraggiosi si avvicinano per sbirciare senza mai entrare, per chi ama gli animali è il posto perfetto

Bagno e camera da letto comunicanti non hanno finestre, questo crea un po' di umidità e odori vari... nulla di grave comunque, l'umidità è gestibile grazie agli strumenti deumidificanti presenti nella struttura e anche l'odore del bagno si riesce a gestire con qualche accortezza..
