MYin the centre of KK, the room so cozy and clean , check in and check out smooth not fussy. The staff assist before, during and after check out. The kids like the pool ! Thank you

BEIt wasnt the best experience staying at this apartment. Im very particular about cleanliness, but this hotel has strong sewage smell in the room. The lift was slow. No dish soap, no tissue. The washing machine in chinese no english. The upside is only the aircond and the tv.
GBNice and spacious
The images of the sea view are nice but that’s not the reality of things! The view is over a busy market which is noisy and dirty! The area isn’t very nice and the airplanes above the residence aren’t great. The place is close to everything but the view from the window is not as nice as they appear in their description. This is a we rigides residence not a hotel. So the name is a bit misleading! To go to the beach you have to take a boat to the islands cuz the beaches in Kota Kinabalu are stinky and dirty!
MYbooked the same room twice. everything is good enough. highly recommended for solo travelers or couples.
