The location is very good and convenient, making it perfect for guests who plan to visit Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon.

I understand that the staff keep mentioned she is new, however as front-line personnel handling homestays, it is important to have at least basic operational knowledge. When asked about parking arrangements, she was unable to provide any information. This directly affects guests’ experience and reflects the overall professionalism of the company. I believe proper briefing or basic training would greatly improve service quality and avoid confusion for guests.

Great location if u want a budget hotel next to the Sunway theme park. Clean and comfortable room with basic amenities. Simple services, and rooms are only cleaned upon request, which is good.

The pillows need to change as some had stains and smell to them. It would be good if there were bedroom slippers.
