Location is good as its a 20 minute ride from the airport. Also the price is very reasonable.

The bedding was really dirty, they so not take card payment, no soap in the bathroom

After other accommodations close to the airport, this was the best stay, with one very friendly and helpful staff who made me cups of tea and gave me biscuits when I was hungry. The room was very pleasing and quiet, and I enjoyed my first relaxing warm shower after weeks of cold showers in Vietnam! Had really tasty and cheap food in the restaurant close by and delicious mango juice that was very good.
