Very pleasant spacious apartment, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. An excellent location , not too far from the city centre, with a beautiful sea view. Free parking for guests. Good value compared to hotel rates.

Nothing to dislike, only thing was the check in/check out procedure took some time to understand, but got there in the end.

Location, layout of the unit, bright and no direct sunlight. Good size swimming pool. Gym is ok if you are not too fussy about the equipments. There is a food court within 10minutes walk (Jalan Desiran food court) where they have lots of nice Penang local food.

Bulky and heavy keycards- this is personal preference and not a criticism on this property.

It’s proximity to Gurney Drive and Straits Quay.

The master bedroom bathroom drain was not draining the shower water quickly, and the bathroom felt a bit slippery, as if it had not been cleaned thoroughly, making it difficult to walk out of the bathroom after a shower. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay. I would be glad if at least extra towels were provided, as washing them is possible, but the drying area doesn't dry the towels quickly.
