The Owl House near Chania City Centre

Very clean, with all the needed amenities, close to the center (walking distance), close to supermaket, coffee places etc. We have also appreciated the possibility to park in front, this was of great help. Also, the property manager was very nice and helpful.

Location was amazing. Equal distance from old town and Nea Chora Beach in a quiet area.

Umbrellas, Beach towels, Microwave and a decent coffee machine would be a small touch which goes a long way.

nice little town, having a washer was nice.Place was clean and just like pictures. Since it was winter no table to sit and eat or use computer, only a coffee table.

The lights are not the best located, especially in the bathroom. No dining table, which we knew, but it would be much necessary instead of an uncomfortable sofa. The tableware needed more soup plates and bowls. There's a washing machine, but we couldn't find any detergent.

I really liked this place. It's basically a house with everything you need to feel confortable. The location is great, close to shops, restaurants and a supermarket. We felt at home.

Apartment was very clean and location is just a few minute walk from the city center. Hosts respond quickly to requests . Good WiFi

It’s a first floor directly on the street therefore it is not very quiet and if you open the curtains people from outside look directly into the apartment. Hence, you’ll have to close the curtains during the day , making the apartment dark. There was no toothbrush / toothpaste holder in the bathroom and no hand soap. Just little shampoos which we also used as hand soap. There is a washing machine however would have been nice to have some washing machine soap and also some coffee in the room. Parking is not easy to find. You’ll have to park on the street and sometimes we had to park 10 minutes away by foot as we didn’t find anything nearby. If you plan to cook and have a meal in the apartment I do not recommend it as it is very small and there is no proper seating with table and chairs.
