Nice apartment. Easy access and good location right in downtown and close to port. It has nice shower and beds, including soda bed, everything one needs for a stay.

Very walkable to everything in the area. Unit has high quality windows which filter out all street noise. Very comfortable furniture, especially the beds. High quality unit, fit and finish matches the pictures.

When we just arrived the oven tray was dirty. & the only cleaned out room once our whole stay + the electricity turned off today we had to put it back on.

Our room was beautiful and the location was perfect being in the heart of the city. Highly recommend!

There was very little information provided at the room. As a result we could not find the clothes washer/drier. No information about Heraklion (and the city tourist information was closed throughout our stay). Luckily another hotel gave us a map. No information about the heating and hot water systems. The lady who serviced the room was very helpful. There was a QR code that might have provided information, but I could not access it - perhaps because the wifi was was rather slow.

Beautiful unit, easy to check in, great amenities in the kitchen and bathroom, really comfortable bed, good location, short walk to public transportation and market but very quiet.
