Sapphire apartment - Paros Gem

Property was modern, clean and everything we needed. A nice 10 minute walk from the centre, with a lovely bakery just round the corner. Overall a great place to stay.

Only slight downside is your looking out onto scrap bits of furniture in the house opposite. Also, because of the in - out building style it means some balcony’s stick out and can take away some of the privacy. Sometimes the replying from the host could be slow which was leaving us unsure if we had a taxi booked for our return to the airport. However, these are small problems and nothing to take away from an overall lovely property.

The accommodation is brand new and super clean, the building was built recently and the apartment is run for the first year. It has all the facilities to cook. We are a family of three with a baby one and a half year old. The apartment is baby friendly with spacious shower. They also provide baby cot. The host is very helpful if you require more sheets or towels. The center of Naoussa is 10 minutes away with plenty of nice restaurants, traditional taverns for Greek souvlaki etc. If you don’t want to make breakfast there is a lovely bakery “Batista” 50 meters away, where you can try “pastelokouloura” cookies and other local pastry and coffee. The beach is 900m away and the central bus station with buses to all the beaches of the island is 100 meters away. The accommodation is value for money because you won’t be needing to hire a car.
