Very nice, new apartments close to the beach in Polychrono. They have big balcony, big kitchen, plenty of storage space and comfortable beds.

Everything was good

Nice place, very new. Friendly communication with staff. We stayed 3 nights and room was not cleaned in that period neither was garbage removed. Room size is good. Close to beach 3-5 minutes. 15 min walk to ‘downtown’ Terrace in front of apartment would have been nice with a shade of some sort. Way too hot to use in the morning and daytime. Street in front need a good restoration.

Everything was perfect. Very close to the beach, the room was clean, the area is quiet. The communication with the host was very good! I totally recommend it!

The accommodations were new when I visited it. Everything is working as it should and there is almost everything that you need here, regarding the stay. I stayed on the first floor and those accommodations are duplex, this means that you have to go upstairs to go to the bed. Since it is duplex, you have two A/Cs, one for lower and one for upper part of accommodation. Both have separate wall remotes, so you can't loose them. WIFI is good, we had no problems with it, kitchen is good, there are two induction burners, a medium sized fridge and a lot of kitchenware, there are two toilets and one bathroom downstairs (bare in mind that this is duplex). There was a TV, although we didn't use it. Safe is provided within the accommodation as well. There are two beds, one king size in the upper part and downstairs one that is sofa that can spread into bed, both are good, depending on what you like. This also means that more than two or three people can stay within this room. Parking is for at least six cars, but if there are more, there is a lot of space around that you can leave your car. The neighborhood is really quiet even though you are close to the main road. There are a lot of shops that you can use, but cheaper ones are in Hanioti and Pefkohori, for which you need a car. The beach that is near is the city beach, with small pebble inside and out, but the water is beautiful and the beach can be crowded, so I recommend going a little bit further. Last but not least, our host Marina was wonderful, she gave us helpful advice for all our questions. We had some mishap and she was quick to respond to our needs!

As we understood, there are a few cleaning crews for the whole place, so they clean the rooms in interval of three days. I am not that experienced, so I will not be the judge of that, but some of the accommodations that I stayed earlier had that interval in two days, so bare that in mind. We stayed for 10 nights and had for the first three days, we got our towels changed, but not the bed sheets or pillowcases, for the second time we got both towels and bed sheets and pillowcases changed, but we didn't get the cleaning or the changing for the third time since we were checking out the next day (checking out on the fourth day). Also, just as a note, there were liquid soap and shower dispensers which were almost empty when we got there, but they provided us with small bottles of shampoo and soap bars. The window in the upper part of room can be opened just a little bit, I understand that this is for security reasons, but bare in mind that there will be really hot and stuffy when you sleep. Again, just a note, if you use upstairs accommodations, you will be getting a lot of stairs, this is not bad, just something to bare in mind.

Great appartments. Clean, new, comrtable. Good location near main road and beach with parking.
