Location in beautiful Verona was perfect, great place and very spacious

Apartment wasnt ready at arrival time, was told host would make up for that but didnt. Probably my misread, but it said it has parking... but this was public parking about 10-15 min walk away

Location is amazing, very clean apartment, lots of space and the air conditioning. Also very nice hostess, her restaurant recommendations were amazing!

Très bon séjour dans ce logement idéalement situé en plein centre de Verone ce qui était très pratique avec les enfants. La literie était confortable tout comme le canapé relativement récent et très large. La vue sur la place Erbe était magnifique. Il y a la clim dans l'appartement mais nous n'en avons pas eu besoin. Pour les bémols, je dirai qu'il y a quelques marches à monter avant d'accéder à l'appartement, en bas de l'immeuble ainsi qu'un dernier étage à monter après le 4eme étage accessible en ascenseur depuis le 1er étage. La salle de bain est également accessible apres quelques marches. Celles-ci est un' peu vieillotte avec un petit ballon d'eau chaude. Il manque également quelques ustensiles de cuisine comme un économe ou des cuillères. Toutefois notre séjour a vraiment été très agréable dans cet appartement avec beaucoup de charme et d'atouts.

On the positive side, Gaia, who let us in the next day, was very lovely and provided us with directions to local restaurants and attractions. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and centrally located in the heart of Verona. However, the bath amenities were poor.

Our check-in experience was absolutely terrible. The check-in window was 2pm-7pm, but our flight was delayed by 3 hours. We called Licia, who manages this property, to inform her of our situation. To our shock, she was rude and refused to let us check in at 8pm. She also said she has rights to cancel our booking entirely without refund for not showing up before 7pm. This felt more like a threat than a policy. As a result, we had to book a hotel for the night and were only allowed to check in the following day at 2pm. It was an incredibly stressful two days for us. Overall, while the apartment was simple but nice, the unpleasant check-in experience really soured our stay.

Location was perfect. The kitchen very useful and it is a big apartment. Very clean

The windows are not good isolated and you can hear everything from outside.
