La vicinanza al centro ed eventualmente anche alla stazione. La rapidità del check in. La gentilezza dei padroni di casa. La squisita e abbondante colazione.

Durante il nostro soggiorno (una notte) non funzionava il Wi-Fi. Per noi nessun problema ma per qualche turista straniero potrebbe non essere lo stesso.

Had a bit of trouble with initial communications and gaining access, but overall great! Great trattoria across the road and bakery around the corner which I unfortunately didn’t get, into as the breakfast provided was adequate

De locatie was centraal in het centrum.

Bedden waren erg oncomfortabel. Redelijke keuze bij het ontbijt, maar het brood was te oud om te eten. Geen echt ontvangst. Bij aankomst aangebeld (2x) toen kwam er iemand naar buiten die van niets wist, moet maar per telefoon bellen. Bij binnenkomst kwam het erg rommelig over. Beetje onpersoonlijk en onprettig.

Wifi hardly worked in the family room so that was annoying

Nella camera Il wifi non funzionava, colazione era classica ma il tostapane non era funzionante senza nessun avviso, il check out non mi è piaciuto, ho chiesto se era possibile fare una fotocopia del mio documento invece della foto sul cellulare privato della ragazza e mi è stato detto che non era possibile, questo non lo trovo in linea con la privacy

Posizione ottima, è possibile lasciare l'auto nelle strische bianche e girare a piedi senza auto. Colazione molto buona (anche se manca la frutta secca che avrebbe fatto salire il punteggio).

Migliorerei il fatto che non c'è stato il contatto con il gestore a parte le indicazioni stradali (molto utili sicuramente). Ad esempio avremmo gradito più informazioni tipo ristoranti, bar, curiosità. Il gestore non lo abbiamo visto, era presenta la persona addetta alle colazioni con cui abbiamo fatto il pagamento, molto gentile tra l'altro ma non italiana.

Perfect place just steps from the historic part of Ravenna. 100% clean. AC was great. Breakfast was lovely. Quiet neighborhood but short walks from so many things. Nice trattoria just steps away, and a wonderful and fun piazza just after that.

My Italian is not great, and they didn't speak English. On the website, if they just had explained the check-in procedure (get there, call the 2nd number on the door, they buzz you in, room keys are in the rooms) it would have been less stressful. But once we got that oit of the way, everyone was positively wonderful.

Vicino al centro, possibilità di parcheggio in zona ZTL con permesso del locatore al costo di 5 €, altrimenti in linea Blu poco distante. Camera ben arredata. Personale gentile
