DECheck-in and Check-out was smooth and easy, and done electronically. Communication from the hotel was prompt, friendly and reliable. The location of the hotel was excellent - right next to the main train station Torino Porta Nuova and city centre. For the price point, the room was comfortable and clean with all basic amenities provided, including complimentary bottles of water, tea and coffee.
While the rooms were comfortable, they weren't very sound proof so you could hear guests coming and going quite clearly, and also voices of guests in adjacent rooms carried through at times.

GBQuick and positive response received when I requested a pillow that suits my preference. The shower was lovely; the hairdryer worked well; there is a coffee maker AND a kettle in the room, with both still and fizzy water provided; and the location was perfect for an evening arrival in to Porta Susa and morning departure from Porta Nuova
The basin tap didn't reach even lukewarm and the floor around the edges had been missed so needed a clean. Plenty of sockets around the room but the hairdryer didn't fit the one by the mirror, and the one at the bedside had nowhere to leave the plugged in item other than on the bed.
