IEGreat location, right next to Porta Nuova station and Metro. 20 mins walk to most tourist sites. The building is very secure. The room is basic but very comfortable, with all the essentials, tv, hairdryer, air con, loads of charging spots, etc. The pin code system for accessing the rooms is great. Would definitely stay again
The instructions for gaining access initially could be a little clearer. After a bit of trial and error we buzzed the correct option and the doors opened for us. The noise of the key pads is a bit loud and while it didn't completely disturb us as we were in one of the further rooms, if I was staying in room 401 right inside the door id be annoyed with all the loud security locks and noises. It was literally the only downside I could think of

ESMuy buena ubicación, al lado de la estación de tren y de una parada del bus del aeropuerto. Limpio. Había una nevera en la habitación, una cafetera con cápsulas y hervidor de agua con Infusiones, que reponían a diario.. La habitación daba a un patio de manzana al que no llegaba ruido de la calle. No se necesita pasar por recepción, el hotel te facilita un código de acceso, pero si necesitas cualquier cosa, están pendientes.
La habitación era un poco pequeña por lo que la cama de matrimonio tenía que estar pegada a la pared. Se oía mucho cuando llegaba otra gente a su habitación y metían el código de la puerta.

USLocation was perfectly located for us - we needed to stay close to the train station and metro for quick and easy transport. There was a cafe downstairs with friendly staff, as well as a bodega, and kebab shop close by - also with friendly staff and great food. Spouse and I were on our honeymoon in Italy. Torino was our the first stop of our trip because we were visiting family there, and we had a great stay! Beds were super comfortable, very clean room, friendly staff, and easy contactless entry (we arrived late at night so this feature was very helpful).
