Lovely small boutique hotel, decorated like a private house from yesteryear. beautiful garden for breakfast

"Charming design, but not much more than that"

It maintained the original style and furnishings, which adds character to the place. Conveniently located within walking distance from the city main areas

It’s not cheap to stay here so i expected a bit more attention to details. The shower cabin had mold, and not the best towels. Also the A/C smells like it’s last cleaning is way overdue. The bed is very soft which might not be to everyone’s liking. The breakfast, for 10 euros / person is a complete joke, don’t even bother.

Je ontbijt in de tuin van de villa, een prachtige locatie om de dag in Noto te starten. Het ontbijt was verder heel erg uitgebreid en goed,

Er is weinig persoonlijke service. Je moet zelf inchecken, maar dit kan ook handig zijn (en het was heel makkelijk en ging snel).

Great location just a short walk from the main centre and plenty of on street parking. The room was really cute with lots of small touches that made it feel like a classic Palazzo.

Great location super close and easily walkable to the main corridor where all the great restaurants and shops are located. Quiet and gorgeous sanctuary property. Room was in perfect condition and beautifully presented.
