"A quiet place in the countryside."

Great location, close to Venice and Jesolo, well connected to the highway. It is a dog friendly place, with a large backyard. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great outdoor veranda for breakfast and coffee.

Breakfast is basic, you get a little bit of everything, just not that much choice.

Posto fantastico.. in mezzo al verde.. tutte le ragazze fantastiche cordialità e ospitalità super.. grazie a Valentina( tutte e 2) Cecilia e Gaia.. che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere.. ottima la colazione, ci siamo portati il nostro Gatto che è stato benissimo a scorrazzare sul prato gigantesco vicino al ns alloggio. Speriamo in un futuro tornare e trovare una bella SPA… che metterebbe la ciliegina sulla torta.. grazie da parte di tutti noi e dal ns Gatto Morpheus. A presto

Comfortable place, far from a village/city (you need a car) but it is a cool place, a true Italian big Villa :). Personal is awesome, tasty breakfast. Pretty good internet.

Wunderschönes, mordern renoviertes Italienisches Landgut. Geschmacksvolle und aufeinander abgestimmte Einrichtung, extrem freundliches Personal und geschützter Parkplatz. Preis Leistung ist mehr als Hervorragend. Sehr ruhige Lage. Mit dem Auto zum Strand sind es etwa 25 min, nach Venedig 20 min.

Kritik auf sehr hohem Niveau: Leider gibt es keinen Pool. Ist jedoch wohl in Planung :). Einen Kühlschrank (Minibar) im Zimmer und mehr Steckdosen, dann wäre es absolut perfekt gewesen.

We found the place to be very quiet and nice. We have a dog, so this place is perfect for our pet, especially since it’s not far from Bau Bau Beach, which allows dogs. The property is very clean. Special thanks to Valentina—she was very helpful. Thanks to her recommendations, even on rainy days, we were able to go shopping and still have a great time. She is always smiling and very kind. The concept of this place is very unique; it’s a farmhouse. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a busy day in Venice.
