Palazzo Capparucci - Dimora storica

The home is filled with authenticity, history, and love. You can tell the care and attention that has gone into this home that has belonged to the owners for generations. The taste they have is unbelievable and the kindness Umberto showed made me feel like I was so welcomed. I learned so much about Fermo and felt like I was a guest in a Palace. The views of the countryside and the sea are incredible- don’t hesitate to book! Also everything was so clean.

The property is located in the very center of Fermo, just a few steps away from the main square. Monuments and shops are all close by. The host has been very kind and available also to provide suggestions on the city and its surroundings. The rooms are all decorated with original paintings and furniture, very clean. The view from the communal terrace is terrific.

Everything. It’s a place full of history with attention given to every detail. We were in the green room, which has a view on the courtyard

Fabulous location, close to the main Piazza and the historical centre of this lovely town.

As is always the case with historical centres, the streets are narrow and parking is a little awkward.
