Nice apartment presented super clean and sparkling by the host. A good location with a short stroll to the heart of the old city. Very much enjoyed our stay.

The flat was absolutely perfect: we arrived late, 10pm, and the daughter welcomed my wife and I with the keys and access to the flat. A lovely welcome pack made of breakfast biscuits , jam , coffee pods for 4 days, water, milk etc ,was waiting for us. The flat is new (1 year old) was immaculate, with all the latest equipment ranging from coffee machine, microwave, good size fridge, and more. The very large bed was ultra comfortable and so was the bathroom with a perfect shower, excellent water pressure, a useful bidet. The access to the building and the flat has all the modern security systems. Cleanliness is above standard. We would definitely come back. The flat ensured the success of our 4 days stay in Bologna.

Lovely apartment, in a relatively silent area. Super clean, lots of goodies and supplies. The host even offered a 3-hour-early check-in, just to save us a bit of trouble; that was very kind.

Mattresses and pillows a bit too hard for our taste, but that's a matter of personal preference, certainly.

Large Comfortable bed. Very clean. Great kitchen facilities with microwave and coffee machine. Nice quality shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were much appreciated. Good location 15 mins walk to most historical sites. Very secure, modern locking-system and gated at night.

As other reviewers have mentioned, we could hear people shouting next door one evening, but they only seemed to stay one night and most residents were considerate and we didn’t have any problem sleeping.

Easy walk from the train station and into the city centre of Bologna. The apartment is in excellent condition with recent renovations/updates. A/C works great, great water pressure in shower, and there is a small balcony as well. It is quite small but works well for a couple or single traveller. Host was very prompt to meet with us and provide check-in/check-out information.

A sitting area with a sofa or comfortable chairs would be ideal. We made do with the one comfy chair and a dining room chair.

Everything was very nice and clean. All the needs were considered, we did not experience any deficiency. If we come to Bologna again, we would prefer here again.
