Good location, clean and comfortable room, private park place, well equipped kitchen and good garden,

Check-in time is too late 4 pm, and check out time is too early 9.30 am. There is a shared kitchen. You can use it but the property owner visits you 3-4 times in a day to check the kitchen. This is really annoying. There is no privacy, property owner and her family live with you in the same garden. You feel like, you are being watched by them.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B e non potevo fare scelta migliore. La pulizia è impeccabile, la camera confortevole e dotata di frigo, la cucina comune perfettamente ordinata e igienizzata. I proprietari sono persone squisite: la signora mi ha accolto con un delizioso caffè leccese e la sera il signore ci ha offerto da bere in giardino, dove abbiamo chiacchierato in un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassante. Anche gli spazi esterni meritano una menzione speciale: curati, ampi e perfetti per concedersi momenti di tranquillità. Un luogo che consiglio davvero a chi cerca ospitalità autentica e qualità!

Roberta et sa famille sont des personnes très accueillantes et généreuses !! Elle nous a conseillé un restaurant et a même réservé pour nous. Le petit déjeuner était de très bonne qualité La localisation est parfaite pour découvrir Lecce et le sud des pouilles , la chambre était très bien également Nous avons un seul regret .. n’y être restés qu’une seule nuit !!

we loved the place, the hosts were amazing and very helpful, its located in a quiet place and very safe area, excellent breakfast, very clean and comfortable, the patio area is very comfortable to spend the evening drinking wine, and the city is beautiful with lots of things to do.

Wonderful B&B, I wish I had more days in town to stay here longer! The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and it had an AC/heater unit that worked well. The hosts were also so friendly, they even showed me the map of Puglia and listed off recommendations of places to go and foods to try. And they were quick to respond over Whatsapp which was helpful. I liked the location, it's just outside of Lecce so it's quiet with plenty of free street parking. I felt safe parking my car and walking to the room even late at night. And great value for what you get. Definitely stay here if you get the chance!

Everything was clean, Roberta and Tomasso are really kind! We arrived really late. However, they were ready to receive us! The location is perfect, you can move around Salento from there! I highly recommend to stay here!
