Masseria Abadia Uno

Had a lovely stay with our family, rooms were specious and facilities were good and clean. Beautiful Masseria, beautiful sunset.

Only reachable by car, cannot go into town by foot although close to Ostuni as its farm and rural area all around. QUADRUPLE ROOMS are just 1 double bed + sofa bed, not advertised properly. (or at least those were what we were given) okay breakfast

This property more than met our expectations in terms of its concept, cleanliness, comfort and presentation. Spacious room with typical architecture , well equipped bathroom. The two ladies who prepared the bountiful breakfast were delightful, had no English but we managed a few laughs with the aid of the translation APP. There were fresh and different savoury and sweet baked goods daily, lots of fruit, cereals, breads, yoghurts, juices etc and they were happy to make us as many coffees as we could drink. The property is set amongst old olive trees and very near to Ostuni ( 10 minute drive on some rural roads which require sharing with tractors!). We loved the serenity and this simple white painted property. Christian, lovely young man, was most helpful with our requests for wine glasses and some ice one evening. Wifi was good.

There are no wine glasses and no tea and coffee facilities in the room and we felt the lack of them. Felt it was a bit odd really. There is a fridge which is great. There was no information about local attractions ( olive tasting etc ) offered but I suppose one is expected to glean this from the internet these days.

Lieu tres agreable et calme avec un verger clos ideal pour la meditation. Tres bon petit dejeuner . Les hôtes sont charmants.

The room was good. The breakfast was very good with selection of food and drinks.

I thought it was expensive compared to everywhere else I have stayed on this trip.

Beautiful old farm converted into a couple of rooms. All rooms have little seats outsides and it's a short drive from Ostuni, but in the middle of olive tree fields and incredibly peacefull. All windows and doors were equipped with musquito netting!

Breakfast was a little limited, with no fresh fruits or warm items such as eggs or toast.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, bella struttura, personale gentile ed ottima colazione; solo consiglierei di mettere un materasso più doppio per il letto apribile, per evitare il duro tra le giunture. Strada stretta, con bellissimi muretti (classica della zona), ma basta fare attenzione e nn si hanno problemi.

Masseria in posizione strategica per visitare Ostuni e altre cittadine vicine e per godere di un po' di mare pugliese. Molto piacevole fare colazione nello spazio esterno nel retro della tenuta e rilassarsi nelle nicchie ricavate nelle mura perimetrali della corte interna. La zona dell'aranceto, più schermata dalle luci esterne, è stata perfetta per osservare il cielo stellato.
