Hela resorten var fantastiskt fin, poolen verkade dock lite dåligt underhållen.

Resorten låg en bit från stan. Allt på resorten var dyrt jämfört med övriga Coron. Poolen verkade dåligt underhållen. Det var ofta slut på viss mat eller dryck. De blandade ofta ihop eller man fick fel i beställning av mat eller dryck. Lång väntetid på mat.Dyrt att boka utflykter via resorten.

L’hôtel a mal vieilli, bien que nous ayons pris une chambre confort, on a trouvé la chambre très standard. Les prix du bar et restaurant assez élevé. Le petit déjeuner moyen.

had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms are all nice clean, comfortable. The staff are very accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist with any needs. Sir Ramon, whom we met during our dinner, is very friendly and welcoming to us, which made our experience even more enjoyable. This hotel is also very good for families because it is safe, peaceful, and comfortable for everyone. Overall, the service is excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable family stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The place is very clean, well-maintained, and gives a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Special mention to Sir Ramon for being friendly What really stood out the most was the staff. They are incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional.

Staff were very helpful. We were able to organise last minute tours, snorkeling hire, airport pick ups and order tricycles to get us into town through them easily. Tricycles were always consistent in price so I think they regulate this for tourists. Live music every night which elevated the experience for us. They have different dinner options every night, we were there for the steak night buffet and the food was amazing!! They have a great selection on their menu at their bar for food and drinks. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet as it was different each morning, there were a mix of western and local cuisine which had food that I wouldn’t typically have for breakfast back home eg spring rolls, noodles - but that’s part of the experience when you travel and there are no rules of when is an appropriate time to eat certain dishes. I appreciate the effort in the food they make, the selection they have and are introducing, over bacon and eggs. Rooms and bathroom were a decent size, good storage and clean! Love the pool area and plenty of different seating options by the pool that are both in and out of the shade!

Located further out of the main town center, but you can easily get a tricycle and it’s only about a 15 min ride. This is not the property’s fault

The resort is okay however very outdated and a very dirty pool. The staff got our orders wrong every lunch. They even tried to charge us for the food We didn’t order. Laughed at the fact that they gave us food that my partner is allergic too. Drinks and food take ages. Even when it came the food is tragic and overpriced . When ordering cocktails in the day, they gave us the wrong drinks twice, and asked us if we can drink them anyway if though they are not what we asked for. When we got the right cocktails, they tasted of water. Music at night is so terrible we went in to town every other night of our visit. No one says good morning or afternoon and there is way to many staff on doing absolutely nothing. The worst resort we’ve ever stayed in unfortunately and we are stunned that they have good reviews. Don’t waste your money here.

Spent 4 nights here with my wife. This place starts to show up need of maintenance. Even at first sight all places seems to be ok, but after taking closer look it's easy to see that it's not new place anymore. There are lot of ants in outside restaurant area and also inside the rooms. The green fake grass flooring it also terrible. The staff needs training. Every time we spoke to them they speak only tagalog, since my wife knows that dialet and I just stood there without understanding anything. When I ask them ti soeak in English, they did so some time, but quite soon changed back to tagalog. Breakfast is quite ok, but it's completely filipino style. They should add some international options to food and also add more fresh fruits. We had buffee dinner once and it was below all standards. All food was cold and and the roasted pig tasted old. For my opinion the beverages at bar are overpriced, 170p for bottle of beer that cost you 50p at shop. Pool is shallow, which is not problem , but the water wasn't too clean. Lot of leafs and other debris floating there.
