Lanson Place Mall of Asia Manila

Very nice staff specially to Godfrey who help us during breakfast. He very professional and courteous. He deserved a good commendation.

The hotel’s Cyan offers a good buffet spread if you want to escape the crowded eating places at the mall. Atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. They offer a wide variety of Asian, Western and Indian cuisine guaranteed to satisfy one’s craving. Was amazed at the level of customer service they offer. Staff are very friendly. A huge thanks to manager Patrick, staff Rei, and receptionist Elle for the assistance. On our way out we had to buy some takeouts and some gifts at their cafe. Our utmost appreciation to the ladies at Blk 12 cafe, Pam, Vanna and Alpha for extending their help on our purchases. It was truly a memorable visit and we are looking forward to going back.

Great hotel, conveniently located less than 5 mins from Mall of Asia. Only spent one night but would definitely return if given the opportunity. The breakfast was amazing and extensive and there seemed to be a high guest/staff ratio. Had an issue with a lost suitcase coming from El Nido and a lady named Harriett, who I only dealt with on the phone, kindly offered to help with the issue, speaking to Cebu Pacific on our behalf. An amazing staff member who deserves 5 stars for her par excellence service! The room was nicely presented, with quality APPELLES products in the modern bathroom. Thinking of booking and unsure? Don’t hesitate, would be my recommendation!

It was indeed a great experience! Me and my husband celebrated our 1st anniversary here we booked Superior Room but fortunately they gave us the Deluxe Room which was very cozy. I love the ambiance and as well as the staff they were approachable. Also, the dinner buffet was bountiful my husband loves the Indian Cuisines section and me as a sweet tooth I love their pastries also the Pasta Marinara was excellent. I would like to mention also those three gentlemen who were very accommodating~ Sir Renz, Sir Emil and Sir Willie, keep it up Guys! Can’t wait to our next staycation here.

The staff were wonderful. So kind, respectful and helpful. Anne at reception patiently assisted us with printing some documents. The beds and linens we're very comfortable. I had a superior studio and it was very spacious with a nice small kitchenette. Lots of seating. Jennifer from the housekeeping staff was very friendly. The hotel was very prompt in responding to any pre-arrival queries we had. We did not particularly enjoy the food at the very large buffet breakfast. Some of the food was cold, greasy, quite unappetizing. Still the staff were pleasant and eager to assist. The only unhelpful staff was someone at the rooftop pool bar. A manager introduced herself to us, Laura (I think), at breakfast one morning, so I did relay what had transpired. A very good stay and short walk to the Mall of Asia. Although this is one of the options for a nearby airport stay, we were advised to allow an hour for transfers because there's sometimes heavy traffic in the area so it's not necessarily a quick ride. Having said that the morning we left, we did allow an hour, but it only took 15 minutes to actually get to MNL. From the airport to the hotel, though was much longer.

I did not have good experience at the check in. There was only 1 person at check in counter and the woman in front of me took almost 10 mins for check in and she was provided with a guide paper explaining breakfast and other hotel facilities. My check in time came, she asked for my passport and handed me the key in just 1 min without any mention about breakfast or facilities. My business booking was done through company and I was not aware of my booking details and I assumed my stay did not include breakfast. I tried calling the the next day to inquire but the phoneline was busy and check in counter queue was always too long to ask in person so I didnt bother. On my checkout, I found out that my stay included breakfast, so I told that I would like to file a complaint regarding this, and the staff told me that I will receive automatic feedback email after and I can write there. No immediate action was taken. Check in and check out was all disappointing.

I’ve been staying in and out of Lanson for almost a year now under their serviced apartment offering. It’s an amazing hotel — our room is fully equipped with kitchenware and a washing machine, which really makes it feel like home, and the facilities are excellent. The gym, pool, and Cyan are all great. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, from the guards to housekeeping, especially Jennifer. We have cleaning twice a week, and we always know when it’s Jennifer because she cleans our room thoroughly and with great attention to detail.

We visited Focus Co-Working Space and the ambiance was very conducive for working and even meetings. The food was delicious, the view was great, and Miss Pam was very accommodating and assisted us very well. We will definitely visit again.

We chose to stay at Lanson Place due to it's proximity at Mall of Asia. We were greeted with smiles by the personnel at the door and upon checking in. Our room was clean, quiet, and amazing with all the amenities we need to stay for a couple of days, and was replenished everyday as well. However, it's the staff that shows off the Filipino Hospitality, making our experience here great. While eating breakfast at their Cyan Modern Kitchen, we met Laura who checked on us, chatted with us, and livened the experience we had there. Rie was our table server who was always checking what we need, and we even met and chatted with Chef Tin who cooked up the food in the buffet, her vast experience in cooking being showcased as we enjoy our breakfast. Finally, we also have a constant housekeeper JP who was super friendly as he cleans up our rooms, and was able to provide what we need during our stay. Overall, Lanson Place has been a wonderful experience for me and my family. A good room is one thing, but it's really the excellent, hardworking, friendly staff that this hotel have is what makes this stay great.

Just had Charles from Lanson clean.Wow. The man has a gift. He's thorough and quiet, but leaves these little hugs around the house-like folding our towels into perfect little cakes. It's the care that gets you. The best.
