Very attentive and helpful staff.Excellent bungalow and swimming pool area.Handy bar area.Good fridge in room and good WiFi reception in room and pool area, although occasionally WiFi needed reboot.Staff provided welcome help with transportation and excursions.Ideal for restful stay in beautiful surroundings.Reasonable distance from organised excursions.Would unreservedly recommend.

Nothing significant t to complain about, but had to ask once for room to be cleaned which was done immediately and to a high standard.Bar food and drink good service but menu could be more extensive for breakfast offering.

The place is very quiet and a real oasis. It is a very large area, everything is spacious. This also applies to the rooms. We got an entire house with a huge bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The latter has a shower and a bathtub. I've stayed at many hotels in Puerto Princesa, as my wife and I live on the island. But I've never seen anything like this. Truly extraordinary. The property appears to be well maintained, is monitored 24 hours a day, and the staff are very helpful. The pool is also clean and seems to be cleaned every day. The internet is pretty fast (Starlink), and there's a router in the room. There's also a refrigerator, air conditioning, and plenty of storage space. Practical and efficient.

Not a complaint, but rather a suggestion: Since there's so much space, how about a parking lot for cars? We didn't have any problems with our old Toyota, but if several guests arrive with vehicles, it might be tight despite the spaciousness. This is also due to the road being relatively high above the grass, which makes turning difficult. The restaurant is a peaceful place, and the staff there are also very friendly. However, the prices are a bit high, which also applies to the drinks (145 pesos for a can of Red Horse). To be fair, the breakfast was generous and tasty - and included in the price of the overnight stay.

Extremally clean interior, spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath. Wide and comfortable bed. Nice swimming pool with lawn chairs. You can leave your car just next to the rented house. Very helpful and friendly staff. Thank you and wish you all the best!

The breakfast was really simple. We asked for more bread two times (only one slice has been served). No option for dinner (only french fries were available).

Fantastic property, staff, amenities, and rooms. Zero complaints! They were so kind and helpful with everything, including laundry and room service. Their shuttle service was great and super helpful. Property was quiet and relaxing with beautiful landscaping and a pool.

Our stay at this location exceeded our expectations. It is situated in a wonderful area that is peaceful and quiet, featuring a beautiful, clean, and lush green garden. The bungalows provide great privacy, with large tinted windows that made us feel comfortable and relaxed. They also have additional mosquito screen doors, allowing us to ventilate the space without worrying about insects getting in. The beds have fairly firm but very comfortable mattresses, and for the first time in a while, we woke up without any back pain! • Comfort: 5/5 • Cleanliness: 5/5 • Peace & Quiet: 5/5 The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient—we truly felt well taken care of. 5/5 The food, as they claim, is free from MSG, which is a significant plus. The meals were delicious and simple, and we never experienced any stomach discomfort, even though we have sensitive stomachs. The portion sizes were just right—enough to satisfy us without leaving any waste. 5/5 A delightful bonus was the playful little kitten that greeted us every morning. Highly recommended! 5/5
