The facilities

I like how the room looks so comfortable and it also feels so homey. There is drinking water available, and also a chiller.

I didn't like the comfort room. The water in the shower, is not strong, it probably is understandable because it may be difficult for the water to come up as the room is located on the second floor. Also, it floods every time I take a bath as the drainage is clogged I think. But I have already told this to the receptionist.

We loved the location and the sea views is just amazing! Our room is super spacious and modern looking. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and went over and beyond to help us with our little situation.

Location

There was an unpleasant smell that came from the bathroom.

A wonderful spot to stay on Catanduanes and call your base. The rooms are large, bright and very clean. Hot showers, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV and air conditioning in every room make this place stand out, however, especially for the price. A full tasty Philippine breakfast menu is available to be served fresh in your room in the morning, there is bikes available that you can rent out if you want to go discovering at your own pace and in the evening the place next door has decent chicken and will sell you a bucket of Red Horse for a reasonable price. We were even able to take the last two bottles to our rooms with their blessing. The receptionist and hosts were very helpful and allowed us make the best of our stay. Oh and there is little señorita bananas around as snacks most of the time if you get hungry!

The shower could have slightly better pressure though it was not a problem and a couple of spots in the bathroom could do with minor repair, including the faucet, though it was fully functional and more cosmetic. We like brewed barako coffee but only instant coffee was available with the amazing breakfast.

Good services, employee is very very friendly and gave good advises. Also the owner did. The extra’s (little snacks) we like it very much.

It is a little over rated; it is a bit noisy because of the road and it is more or less basic. In 3 days do not clean up the room (it is not a problem and because the environment better) but you expect i think more. The laundry it is a service but if you asked it is in the town.
