All of the staff are warm and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the hot water works. Breakfast choices are decent and good. Location is very good, close to everything. I hope there’s a pair of slippers at least in the bathroom. I also think an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be a huge improvement.

AC remote failed to work properly at times. We could not control the temperature and we woke up in the middle of the night feeling sweaty as the AC temp got higher.

Breakfast options were OK. A variety of western and Philippine options with pre orders taken the night before. The food was simple but satisfying. The location was outstanding with multiple restaurants within minutes walking. The main boat docks for all ocean adventures were within a five-minute walk. They changed our room from a family room to a triple room before our arrival. This change was great as it provided us with lots of extra room and a larger balcony overlooking the harbor. I must mention some of the staff - Jessica in the front office, Jermaine our personnel chef, Jame Harry John and Paul with housekeeping and the boss of the place Chie. Chie does all the handwoven needlepoint artwork that is placed throughout the property. Simply gorgeous and her hard work is appreciated

They have a great top floor that would be perfect for sunsets but do not open. A mini refrigerator in the room would be nice. It is not handicap accessible unless one stays on the first floor. I think towels for ocean activities should be free of charge.

W miejscu, w którym kradną 900$ pod twoją nieobecność, raczej nic się nie może podobać

Nie myślałem, że kiedykolwiek taka sytuacja wydarzy się podczas moich podróży, natomiast pod moją nieobecność, ktoś z obsługi hotelowej lub właścicieli wszedł do mojego pokoju i wyciągnął 900$ z ukrytej w plecaku kieszeni. Kieszeń była ukryta natomiast jeśli ktoś dobrze przetrzepał moje rzeczy to ja znalazł. Dolary były pomieszane z polską walutą, ale oczywiście polskie złote nie zostały skradzione. Bo przecież co by niby z tym mieli zrobić tu na Filipinach? Najprawdopodobniej było to podczas mojej całodniowej wycieczki po wyspie Coron, a hotel wiedział ze mnie nie będzie. Aczkolwiek nie wykluczam że mogło to być w dowolnym innym momencie, gdy nie było mnie w pokoju. Obiekt ma bardzo dziwną zasadę, z którą nigdy się nie spotkałem i zapewne nikt inny na świecie również. Gdy opuszczasz teren hotelu, klucz musi zostać zostawiony na recepcji. Do klucza jest przyczepiona bardzo duża drewniana zawieszka, aby faktycznie wpłynąć na to że nie chcesz brać klucza ze sobą. Taka zasada wiele wyjaśnia w mojej sytuacji. Policja została powiadomiona, natomiast właścicielka stwierdziła, że akurat w magiczny sposób monitoring nie działał. Przypadek prawda? Jak przy każdej tego typu sytuacji. Gdy policja już wyjechała, właścicielka napisała mi że jednak monitoring działa i pokażą go policji. Nic oczywiście takiego nie miało miejsca, bo jestem w kontakcie z policją. Wyjechałem już z Filipin i co teraz im zrobisz? No nic. Fakt, że kraj jest biedny, nie upoważnia do kradzieży i to w tak perfidny sposób. Najgorsze jest to, że Filipiny to bardzo katolicki kraj, a Bóg wprost mówi - NIE KRADNIJ. Mało tego, Na pierwszym piętrze obiektu znajduje się ołtarzyk poświęcony Maryi, a piętro niżej dochodzi do kradzieży. Niech każdy wpisze w wyszukiwarkę zapytanie odnośnie podobnych sytuacji. Klasyczny przypadek na Filipinach: Całodniowy tour —-> pieniądze skradzione z pokoju bez śladów włamania —-> akurat dziwnym trafem monitoring nie działa.

- Perfect location, in the center and only 5min walk to the port where the tour boats leave - Good pancakes at breakfast - Airco worked well - Friendly staff that arranged a van to the airport for 250 pesos each - Price quality wise pretty good

- We had an ant invasion on the first night, which was quickly solved by the staff - The second night there was a bad sewer smell in the toilet (also in the streets of the city), so had to keep that door closed
