The staff were very accommodating and patient and addressed our concerns appropriately and respectfully

The food choices at the breakfast area were not promptly refilled. There was one piece of sliced bread remaining and the container was never refilled. That was today December 2, 2024. The restaurant bill only honored senior citizen discount only for today. The previous 2 days were not granted senior discounts even though we have not been billed for them yet until check out. The round marble table and the rectangular chair in the room (803) were too heavy to move for more space as needed. Otherwise the room was okay. I also like the way the toilet and shower are separately enclosed.

The room is clean, Staff is friendly and attentive to customers. I asked for a late checkout and staff are allowed to 5 PM this is amazing.

I was a little disappointed that breakfast was not complimentary but other than that the hotel is very clean, well maintained and friendly staff. We met this wonderful young man "Kiko Agustin" who was attentive to our needs and even hailed a taxi for me and my husband.
