The staff are friendly especially the receptionist ms. Steph she is very accommodating, always willing to lend a helping hand. They also offers a peaceful and relaxing quite place to stay and a warm atmosphere, housekeeping team leaded by miss Hanna they did a great job for a clean and comfortable room to stay, and the food was amazing it's very delicious, they also offer a lot of drinks to enjoy and trying the cocktail Masterclass was an epic experience for being a bartender for a night mixing your own drink and it has a free nachos and when I'm checking out thanks to kuya mark for carrying my luggage and to ma'am yuri thanks for booking a trike for my transportation towards the seaport. I definitely recommend this place to stay for a solo or a group travelers.

I had such a great stay at Mad Monkey Dumaguete! The place has an awesome backpacker vibe that makes it super easy to meet other travelers from around the world. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming,not to mention the reception and bar area, always ready to help and make sure everyone was having a good time. High thumbs up to the housekeeping team, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with strong air conditioning and cozy beds that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Thumbs up as well for the kitchen staffs and bar staffs, the food tasted great and the drinks were really good too. The location is quiet and safe, yet still close enough to the city center by tricycle. The area was very aesthetically IG vibes, specifically the pool areas. The lights, the ambiance, everything was so nice. Definitely perfect aesthetics for someone who loves to take pictures like me. Overall , it’s excellent value for money and definitely one of the best hostels to stay at in Dumaguete. Highly recommended, i would absolutely stay here again!!!
