I will not choose this next time. It took around 50 minutes for check in. Elevator sometimes needs to wait 20 minutes.

"Worst stay of my life"

Horrible apartment. Ageing condo, lift can shutdown anytime, water heater not working at all. Have to skip bathing in cold water. Check in by an old lady, front desk is not gelpful at all. Internet always down. Aircomd is noisy and not cool. Overall is a horrible experience.

"Do not stay here"

The only positive about it, is the location, very closed to the mall

Very unfriendly staff, let us wait 20min to check in. Filthy and dirty room doesn't looks like on the picture... If you try to contact the number an other hotel pick up, with no relation to this one... Toilet broken, old food in the cabinet.... Just terrible

"Very dirty"

It is a hotelcondo so the front desk will not help you at all. You have to call the number on your email and then wait for someone to show up. The pillowcases were stained and I had a brand new pair of white socks that became black from just walking around the place. I had reserved it for 2 nights but left after the first night. Of course they wouldn't give me my money back for the second night. I tired to include a picture of my socks and the pillow case but was unable to. Maybe Hotels.com only allows you include pictures when it is a favorable review.
