The stay was amazing, best I've experienced in the Philippines. .There were only two things that upset me. Some of the listed amenities were not true, such as the gym, it was there and very nice, however, unless you were an actual resident of the building, you were not allowed to use the facility. The other thing, which was one of the primary reasons I selected the property, along with the gym, it stated that parking was available, but it did not state that it was at a cost! Trickery tactics, not appreciated at all.

Cleanliness is number one, second is communication. They respond quickly to our essential needs. The only downside for me is that they did not put air conditioner in the elevators.

Total experience from booking to checkout was seamless. The property is outstanding.

Although I was booked at Uptown Parksuites Tower 1, I was actually assigned a room with a balcony at Tower 2 by the property manager, George, which was pleasant surprise. He was very accommodating and patiently responded to my queries promptly. The room was well-lit, tidy, organized, and properly ventilated. It is also fully furnished with fixtures and appliances that I will need/useful to have for the duration of my stay there. If I will have another staycation opportunity in the future in the Bonifacio Global City-Taguig City area, I will definitely consider staying here again.

I’m from New York , BGC offers the convenience. The property where I stayed It’s close to restaurants, grocery, malls for shopping and lots of taxi cab called “Grab “ The doormen are very helpful and and other staff are friendly except to one reception lady who is gnome considering guest visitors to come up to see the unit where I stayed . As Filipino, it’s in our culture to see their family , relatives from abroad like me. It’s the only negative . The rests of stalk are very welcoming
