The property was clean, the AC and WiFi worked great, the staff was friendly. The swimming pool was big, although I didn’t get a chance to use it.

It’s a bit of a walk to get to the Main Street and there are no street lights. I had to use my phone flashlight and as a solo female didn’t feel very safe on that street because of all the cars and motorbikes going by. But the property itself was well lit and I felt comfortable there.

Really friendly staff, nice rooms and pool. I really enjoyed my stay here

POSITIVES Raine, one of the staff he was very nice and accommodating. Remotes for air-conditioning. The location was decent, only 5 mins tricycle and 15 mins walk to Alona Beach. If catching a tricycle (a tuk tuk) and going to Alona Beach, it will cost you 50 pesos or less. Any driver that says more is trying to scam you so watch out for that! I went to Dumaluan Beach and they tried charging me 250 pesos which was A HUGE scam! I'm Filipina and knew what they were doing so I had to stand my ground and not make them charge me so much. Some UK girls I met said they were charged 500 pesos which is absolutely crazy!

NEGATIVES We had the family studio (2 bedroom) - Rats moving through the walls in the morning and night waking you up every single night and disturbing your sleep in the morning - Our key NEVER worked to open our apartment and staff had to come in every single time to assist us which was quite annoying and they, specifically the woman did not look happy to help us every time we were having trouble opening our door, even tho I told them to bring it up with management to fix it. The key never worked for them either so they had to use THEIR key. - no microwave or cutlery or plates - No iron - The second room upstairs did not have any bed frame or proper blanket (just a thin soft one) unlike the one downstairs. Stairs are small and steep and does not suit bringing a luggage bag upstairs. - As the person booking the apartment and having the room upstairs, it was very disappointing to have a thin mattress on the floor and only ‘reasonable’ bedding. (I feel like a lot of accommodations do this where they make the main bed/room super comfy and amazing but leave the rest of the beds and bedrooms unsatisfactory. - Dogs bark late at night for no reason, again disturbing the little sleep you do have - No laundry machine, just laundry service at 15 pesos per kg. It equalled to 350 pesos for two of us, which I really don't know how that worked out? I guess they're just making up prices again. - Instructions given to how the shower worked would've been nice as I finally got a hang of it on my last night and was struggling to turn the shower on with warm water. - No hand wash for both sinks, only bath gel and shampoo. - No point of giving guests an apartment when there are little to no facilities to accommodate e.g. iron, microwave, basic kitchen accessories. - Mosquitos hang around your studio door. Comfort-wise, you get what you paid for. It's more worth spending that extra money to stay somewhere else nice on in Panglao :)

距离不远不近，晚上比较安静，早上或晚上步行到Alona beach附近10分钟完全可以接受；房间比较大，很舒适

泳池感觉不是特别干净

Emplacement à un quart d'heure à pieds de la plage d'Alona et la rue commerciale. Chambre spacieuse, réfrigérateur, climatisation et salle de bain avec l'eau chaude! Belle piscine que j'ai pas utilisé par manque de temps.

엄청 번화가가 아니라 사실 걱정했는데 저는 프리다이빙 센터 편하게 가려고 잡았었어요. 그런데 너무 조용해서 좋았어요. 그리거 침대가 진짜 어떤 후기처럼 너무 편했고 방도 넓었어요. 옆에 미스트 식당 있어서 식사하기도 좋았고 그 앞에 툭툭이나 바이크가 대기하고 있어서 멀리갈때는 거기서 이용했답니다. 직원분들도 너무 친절하신데 항상 상주해계셔서 혼자 있어도 전혀 무섭지 않았어요. 가끔 (매일) 심심하면 알로나비치로 산책도 했어요. 그리고 시원한 물과 커피를 공짜로 이용할 수 있어서 또 좋았답니다. 아직 일정이 남아 이곳에 또 예약하고 싶었는데, 다 찼는지 다른 곳으로 예약했어요 ㅠㅠ 다음에 또 갈거에요!!
