Room was very clean. Small refrigerator provided. It was stocked with cold drinks, including beer. Chips were on top of the refrigerator. Cost was reasonable for these items but we purchase any. Shower was great. Hit water on demand AirCon worked great. Bed was very comfortable. TV was good as well. I think Netflix was included but we did not watch TV. Location. Not bad, easy enough to find. The road down to it was gravel and dirt, and for those not filmiliar with PH they may not even recognize it alas a road. Very quiet. They did have a smoking area, for those who smoke . About 10 minutes on a motorcycle from downtown Duma Overall we enjoyed our stay there. It was a quiet place to retire. I highly recommend it
