Reception lady wasn’t very helpful Room I reserved wasn’t available hence cancelled and find alternative accommodation

The hot and cold shower was the saving grace of the property.

Honestly, it was more of their online booking reservation process. They claim they had a glitch with the prices but never informed the customer ahead of time. Instead of paying the amount reflected in the booking reservation, once we got to the property we were charged the regular rates. It was disappointing the way the frontline service staff handled the situation. It was a good thing, though, that they honored the booking reservation in the end, however, the only provisions in the small room were slippers, towels, cups, and one bottle of liquid soap. No shampoo, no other toiletries.

It was not expensive for 3 adults and 2 kids. We had a great Stay.

Only the accessibility in 7Eleven store . .thats it.

1. It is very noisy. You can really hear the vehicle sound 2. Elevator is often out of service so get ready to take the stairs and goodluck when you are in the higher floor 3. They only provide 1 keycard and that keycard is used for the light and all so when you remove that all is off 😅 so i advice not to go out to buy something otherwise you will have to ask for assistance in able for you to use the elevator 😏 4. Lastly, what i didn't like is during our arrival, the person in the reception desk tried to collect a different amount comparing to what i booked from booking.com the lady is explaining that in their system the amount shows Php 2400 while in my booking it is php 1,450.12 including taxes and VAT and i got more pissed when she called a woman (i guest their manager) i mind you she is very UNprofessional the way she explain and ask her staff to handle such situation. In our experience i think the amount i paid is still not valuable for this property NO STANDARD, POOR SERVICE will never come back and definitely will not recommend, such a waste of money.
