Near convenient store

There were some cockroaches and bed bugs in our rooms

Many things are lack inside the room. Poor pillow its better in lodge .Very poor water in shower.no key card when i enter.

VERY DISAPPOINTING, IRRESPONSIBLE HOTEL MANAGER AND STAFF. THE PLACE ITSELF IS IN SQUATTERS AREA WITH SHIRTLESS PEOPLE WALKING ON THE STREET. NOT SAFE FOR THE GUESTS. DOG POOP ON THE ROAD AND IN THE HOTEL ENTRANCE. ROOM IS DIRTY WITH SMALL COCKROACHES RUNNING INSIDE THE ROOM. WATER PRESSURE IS VERY POOR. TV IS ONLY CONNECTED TO WIFI AND YOU CAN ONLY WATCH YOU TUBE. AIRCONDITIONING IS VERY POOR AND IT SMELLS LIKE COCKROACH. SO MUCH NOISE FROM JEEPNEY, MOTORCYCLE AND CONSTRUCTION IS TERRIBLE. YOU CANT SLEEP WELL. here is one incident. i brought a cheese from greece and when i arrived at the hotel i told their staff that the cheese need to be refrigirated and they said that they will put the cheese in the refrigirator. when i checked out they told me that someone turned off the ref and my cheese was spoiled despite of the note that they put on the ref and in my registration. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED and they said they will replace the cheese with atleast the same brand or cheese also from greece and they told me to buy the same cheese and send them the receipt so they can reimbruse it but until now they have not reimburse it. i tried calling them but they were not answering and they blocked my number. this is the worse hotel that ive ever been.. the location is in the squatters area which is not safe to the guests. alot of shirtless people around. the noise is terreble. jeepneys passing by are so loud. you can hear the people talking even if you are in the third floor. the location is really not safe. DESPITE ALL OF THESE, THEY ASKED ME TO PUT A GOOD REVIEW OF THEIR HOTEL WHICH I DID NOT ACCEPT. being a budget hotel do not exempt them from the responsibilities to their guests. i already sent my complaint to OYO regarding this hotel but the OYO itself cannot resolve and take action regarding this matter. OYO is also useless.

I like the location and the staff

It's just the Aircon in our room is not really cold

Comfort room smells bad, I think the odor comes from the toilet itself as there is no outlet for odor or no exhaust
