The property has ample parking space, which is a significant issue in this area. While walkable, older guests or those with limited mobility shouldn't walk to the central tourist and shopping area.

Amazing stay! Very good/clean hotel, but room is small that makes it not good value for the price. Very Google location. Next door to Iglesia Ni Cristo church. Good for solo woman traveller.

Clean and area is secured at nite

The location was great, a walking distance to Calle Crisologo. We arrive at the hotel earlier than check in time , we are grateful that the front desk staff allowed us to check in in one of the room that was available (with extra charge). The provision of bottle water everyday and the available dringking water from a dispenser located in the hallway (so convenient). I'm glad that toothbrushes were provided (we forgot to bring ours)

Food- was just an ordinary rice, egg and choice of meat. No option of either rice or bread. Suggestion: Simple side of fruits or vegetables (cucumber and tomatoes) would have been sufficient. Room- our room was located in the ground floor, though clean but ants were all over including the bathroom. Bedsheets- thin and not enough thickness. Pillows were lumpy and thin. The above issues are not a negative complains but just bringing up what can be done better for the hotel guests.

Staff was exceptionally helpful.

Very frugal breakfast in a simple room close to the parking place.
