Great beachfront stay!

Like: near the beach, shopping n restaurants Unlike: average shower facility, poor TV reception, no room phone to contact staff, does not accept credit cards. But then again, for the money what can one expect?

This would be the worst stay I have had in many years. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I think I need to warn others not to stay here. We stayed in room one which is right next to the bar so all day and half the night all you can hear is the TVs and music playing. It is so loud, don’t expect any sleep. The bathroom has cockaroachs and mould on roof. When it rains the bathroom leaks. Shower has mostly cold water and the shower head is a dribble at best. The bed is good, air con works well. Small fridge works well. No blackout curtains so lights comes through during the night. Pool looks good but didn’t use it. They go scuba diving lessons in it also. Obviously there is a bar like four steps from the door so if your after that this would be a bonus. I couldn’t wait to leave this hotel, it is run down and not enjoyable to stay here.

Water pressure wasn’t that strong so it was a little bit difficult to take a shower. The place is bare with minimal toiletries. No bidet, just dipper and pale lol. Bad connection so you would need to rely on their internet No generator and there was brownout

The place is right on the beach at the less busy end of the beach. The food is fantastic. Staff is great. It's more like a beach house setting then a fancy hotel setting and thats exactly what I wanted! The price was half what the fancier hotel's charged and worth every cent! The room had a Kitchen and we cooked. One of the best experiences in my 40 days in the islands!

When booking online they need to specify exactly what family room includes as when we booked it we assumed that the kids were included, hence booking the FAMILY ROOM but on arrival they told us that the kids were and extra 400 pesos each unless they were under 5 years of age ??? Nothing saying that on the booking,???

Great location right on the beach, near restaurants, diving shops, convenience stores and cafes.

The water in the bathroom stopped working 3 times during my 10 night stay, meaning no water to flush the toilet, use the wash basin, or use the shower. The solution offered by staff on one occasion was a bucket of water which I had to carry to my room at the top of the stairs. My room was cleaned only once during my 10 night stay, and only after I asked twice. The bathroom was dirty.
