Nous avons reservé cet hôtel qui se trouve à Roxas city mais pas sur Palawan sur une autre île nous nous en sommes aperçu lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l’adresse indiqué qui correspondait en tout point puisqu’il y avait le même nom de rue ect…je prends contact avec l’hôtel pour leur expliquer mon erreur et demande exceptionnellement un remboursement, réponse arrogante de l’établissement qui m’explique que j’avais qu’à mieux regarder que sur booking il y a l’adresse exact avec un plan….apparement eux ne font jamais d’erreur ! J’ai noté que le personnel et l’emplacement le reste non puisque nous n’y avons pas séjourné
