The staff are exceptional! Very friendly, accomodating and professional. They even helped me on my request and helped me packed some dried fish and pasalubongs. Breakfast was great and the location is superb!

None that I didn't like. Keep up th egood work.

Accessible to all public transportation, malls and airport. Specially near to where my brothers Live in the City of Roxas.

The night guard and her wife, sleeping in the guard house /office space.. Very disturbing rude behaviour people, I normally booked for 11days and end up staying in another hotel/resort for some days because of their disrespectful behaviour during our stay Specially Christmas and the days after we came back to pick up few Stuff. Guests are treated with Respect and not like we are disturbing them when they were normally working..Asking them to open the gate during after midnight (Few times) and Service water for my Senior citizen parents during day time and some nights after we came from a long day trip, still I was more polite to them, yet still very rude Lady and night Guard although the rest of the day time staff were more Nice and Respectful.
