Staff hospitality. Thank you for the help to carry my bag to the grab car on the way back to airport and the help to fill the hot water in the flask. Most of the staff are helpful. Free water. Location.

The shared bathroom does not have door, only curtain. However, staff is understanding to request female guests to lock the main door. However, if the main door is locked, others cannot use the toilet or sink. The direction to the hostel is a bit tricky. Most grab drivers will miss. Perhaps the staff can message guests before hand for clearer instruction on what color the hostel gate is or to ask guest to text staff to wait at the door if guests is nearing the hostel. There should be a dustbin in the room. A bit pricey for the room without attached bathroom.
