The first option was by the beach however, the staff and the manager did not inform us about the hassle that we would need to face once we got there. It was late night when we reached the place due to the delayed flight. We got nowhere to go and I have my mom with me, she is a senior citizen and could not walk far on a rough road to think that it was so dark and late. I could not risk our safety. I figured out that every night would be the same scenario after our hopping and sight seeing, we would have problems getting back to the hotel. The staff did not even escalate the problem to the higher management. Until I asked her to give the manager's personal number since she was already home at that moment. I had to initiate and ask for other options. Good thing that the manager offered the other site where we got settled. But it did not stop there. We had a lot of probems with the room due to AC malfunctioning and the wifi was too slow. The staff were helpful in the said hotel and I was happy that is why I reconsidered their help and effort.

I did not like the first impression I got from the first staff. I did not like the fact that the transportation was not discussed thoroughly prior to finalizing the booking. It was not on the website too. It seems like it is a misleading information.

not even the location could be considered good. beach front is rocky precipice.. free motorbike? nah, not even one is there...only the attendant has his own bike and it"s not for hire.. only truth about the place is the long hike thru gravel and rock to get there from the main road
