From check-in to room cleanup, the service is beyond exceptional! You're welcomed by their signature cucumber refreshment and a cool face towel. Rooms have always been clean and cozy (to add, we even got a room upgrade, AGAIN 🥰🫶🏼). The breakfast buffet will always be our favorite since there's a wide selection of food. This is our second time, and surely it won't be our last. We'd like to acknowledge Sir Israel for always being attentive, generous, and genuine. He even recognized us from our last stay. We also got an appreciation gift from him even before our checkout since we were told he would already be off and probably wouldn't be around when we check out today. Also, to Ms. Rose, front office staff/supervisor. She is always attentive to guests' needs. Can't wait to come back!!! 🥰⛱️ Back to reality for now, but we will surely be back!!!

Great location and customer service is great! We are all well taken care of especially my senior citizen parents. Breakfast is also the best so far compared to other hotels I have stayed before.

We had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Island Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the crew made us feel very welcome. They were very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We were especially touched because when we arrived, they surprised us with a very special greeting for our honeymoon. It was such a thoughtful gesture and it made our stay even more memorable and meaningful for us. Our room had a very nice view and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast , the food was very good and there were great options to choose from. The only concern we had was with the shower, as the drainage seemed to be a bit slow and the water overflowed slightly. However, aside from this small issue, everything else was excellent. Overall, we had a very good experience and we were truly happy staying at Mandarin Island Hotel. Thank you to the amazing crew for making our honeymoon stay so special. We would definitely love to come back again.

Spectacular stay at Mandarin Island Hotel! The property is a little paradise with a stunning beachfront, ocean view, and sunset. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty. Staff met us at the car with umbrella to shield us from the sun. We were given welcome bracelets, refreshing drinks, and hot towel to freshen up. Our Premier Deluxe Room was ready right away. Our room is facing the sea and the pool. I should have requested the room above for better view. Plate of cupcakes waiting in the room. We love how spacious and airy the room with balcony felt. It was  spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the decor is giving Tommy Bahama look. So tropical-chic. The bathroom is spacious with walk-in shower and the bath amenities are superb! I don't have to bring anything. Bathrobes and rubber sleepers are provided. There's also a set of umbrellas. Our stay comes with breakfast buffet at Don Vito Restaurant with curated breakfast selection. The food was exceptional and are deliciously prepared not regular Buffet-taste. The best breakfast Buffet I ever had on vacation next to Ayre Hotel in Barcelona. There’s entertainment at the restaurant that plays until 10 or 11pm but it didn’t bother us. Great songs, it keeps me entertained while busy editing & posting on social media. Top-tier service from staff. Attentive, warm, and personable. It's seamless hospitality. I give 10 star!

I had an awesome experience with Mandarin Island Hotel. Their hospitality is beyond expectations. They make you feel like you’re a family. I highly recommend this place. I will come back and stay with them again one day.
