Perfect location, great staff & clean room

The AC is a bit loud but it kept the room cool and wasn’t much of an issue

Awesome place directly at the beach and a surf spot. Super friendly owner and just the right place to be if you want a comfortable and cute place to stay with island vibes.

If you book this place you have to be okay with some bugs and mosquitoes around since it's more a traditional style building.

I couldn't imagine a more picturesque place to spend my holiday in Siargao. This is what you imagine and dream of when you think about a tropical island escape. Like a scene from the movie "The Beach". The bungalow was right on the sand, just steps from the ocean. A favorite past time was sitting on the patio just watching the tide go in and out, exposing the reef below. The ac was nice and cold to be able to escape the morning heat, and the kitchen was brand new and was perfectly set up to either cook a full meal or just to make a simple coffee. the owner and staff was so kind and always happy to help if we needed. There aren't enough good things to say about Marahuyo. I don't know why you'd want to stay anywhere else on the island if not here!

The location is superb. Just Infront of the ocean with a very nice surf spot. The nextdoor resort (Harana) have excellent restaurant & bar for breakfast/ sunset drink. The owners and staff were super nice and helpful with everything I asked. There is a very cool beach & nature vibe. If you want to be close to the ocean in a bungalow vibe and stay outside and therefore care less about the room and it's facilities - This is your place!

The facilities - the room was small even for me (solo traveler), shower pressure was a bit low, AC makes loud noise. Being in nature means ants (although using anti-ant spray made it much better). They didn't clean the bungalow on a daily basis (until I asked them) but once I did so it was *super clean*. There is a big party on Saturday night on Harana until midnight (makes is difficult to sleep).

Location was epic!!! Could watch sunrise over the ocean, right in front of the surf break. Away from street noise. Basic kitchen you have access to. Private own bungalow. Decent back up generator when power goes out which was the best!

Keep in mind next door is a beach club who have a party every Saturday night, aside from this is was very peaceful.
