The only problem was that the breakfast did not cater for westerners

The rooms were spacious and the ground floor room with access to pool was great. There a free shuttle hourly into alona beach.

The staff knowledge of the hotel facilities and local tours etc was very poor. We had a few instances where staff couldn’t assist us with basic questions. Breakfast needs improvement - minimal choices, no juice etc. There is also a bar with cocktail menu but they never had the ingredients and the staff seemed annoyed I had asked to make a cocktail. We also requested a double bed but were given 2 twin beds - not a deal breaker but not ideal for an adult couple. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in during 3 weeks in the phillipines and was not what I would expect for this price.

Location was ok, the room was new and very clean.

The room we had was right across the bar and this is also where students learning how to dive are swimming so my advice to anyone staying here ask not to be put in any of these rooms from A101 to A107 because it can be really noisy, we were in room A107 and as soon as we went to our room and heard the noise we ask to be relocated to another room and the they said they will try and let me know when other guest checked out but they never got back to me. I'll let you decide what to make of this service. The breakfast was very limited and always run out of whatever they had. In my years and years of travelling this is the first time I came across this issue. Most of the staff won't greet you if you don't greet them first, again I never had this experience in all my travels and there is this guard during the day where he stares at you and doesn't say hello or anything, really?

外观漂亮，前台微笑服务，机场接要500p，距离近价格略贵。由于是早上7点到的，加了1400P提前办理入住，然后2人早餐500多p。白天从小路走到海滩不远，晚上没法走。开始不知道，其实每小时有免费的接驳车送到主海滩最热闹的地方。酒店感觉被韩国人包场了，连早餐都提供泡菜。小缺点是住在B楼，隔壁有养鸡鸭狗等动物，一早会叫，还有泳池游泳的孩子会喊。总体还行吧

It should be noted that ihus is a Chinese run hotel with almost all Chinese guests, so if you are looking for a bit of a mix then it may not be for you. The gym is not air conditionerd and the running machine broke while we were there.. They tried to charge us a corkage fee for our Grab food delivery, which is ridiculous for a hotel that doesn't have a restaurant.

Need to improved their breakfast options and also the quality of the taste of the food.

Please improved the breakfast options and improve the taste and quality of the ingridients.

Good location very close to Alona where all the restaurants are . Very clean hotel and staff were friendly and nice .
