Location

We got 2 rooms for 6 pax but the toiletries given for each room were good for 2 only. I requested for an extra pillow but the staff said they didn’t have a pillow case yet and asked if it was okay with me. I asked if we could check in at least an hour earlier, but the staff said it was for an extra charge since the check in time was at 2pm; but then again our rooms became available at around 4pm. Lastly, the hallway on the 10F stank.
